and service contracts are also available for Nikon Certified

specifications. This guarantee means you can ramp up production quickly

Installation and testing by Nikon engineers
A site survey is performed prior to the installation that includes
the correct matching of temperature and altitude, and a review
of the facilities and layout requirements. A Nikon Certified
tool is thoroughly tested on-site, and comes with standard technical
support from Nikon.
Operator and maintenance training
A Nikon Certified tool includes training for your operators and
technicians in your fab or at our newly opened Worldwide Training
Center in Belmont, California. Applications support can be provided
for an additional charge as needed.
