NSR-S210D and S610C Theory
5 day course
The NSR-S210D and S610C Theory course is a five day, 40 hour class that instructs students on the theory, function and operational characteristics of each sub system, its location and relation to other sub systems of the machine. This course is designed for personnel required to comprehend detailed functional and operational knowledge of the many interrelated S210D and S610C subsystems. This course is intended for technicians and engineers with prior Nikon scanner experience.

10 day course
The NSR-S210D/S610C Customer System Operations and Preventive Maintenance course is a ten day class that instructs the students on the basic operations and preventive maintenance procedures required to maintain optimum performance of the NSR-S210D/S610C scanners The course introduces the student to NSR-S210/S610 Operations & System functions and provides instruction and hands on practice for performing regular maintenance procedures for the system on a periodic schedule. This course provides instruction in system functions and procedures for checking, cleaning and adjusting system components.

The NSR-S210D/S610C Chamber, Wafer Loader, and Reticle Loader Advanced Maintenance Course is a five day course. In this course students learn to perform procedures used in maintenance and testing of the Chamber, Wafer Loader, and Reticle Loader sub-systems. The students will also be instructed in the reasons, theory and sequence of procedures being performed. The course includes an overview of some of the more commonly experienced malfunctions associated with the sub-systems. The NSR-S210D/S610C System Operations and Preventive Maintenance Course is a prerequisite for this course.

The course includes an overview of some of the more commonly experienced malfunctions associated with the three sub-systems. 3 day course
The NSR-S208/S210 Gigaphoton G41K2-1H PM/Error Recovery Course is a three day course. In this class the students learn to theories and procedures used in performing preventive maintenance and error recovery of the Gigaphoton laser. The students will also be instructed in the reasons, theory and sequence of procedures being performed. Training is conducted at North America Training Center in Belmont, CA.

The NSR-S208/S210 Gigaphoton G41K2-1H Corrective Maintenance Course is a five day course. In this course the students learn theories and procedures used in performing maintenance and testing of the Gigaphoton laser. The students will also be instructed in the reasons, theory and sequence of procedures being performed. The NSR-S208/S210 Gigaphoton G41K2-1H PM/Error Recovery Course is a prerequisite for this course. Training is conducted at Gigaphoton facility in Portland.
