Three major Field Service programs are available through Nikon Precision Inc.: Standard Warranty, Standard Response, and Premium Response. Benefits of every program include:

  • Repair labor
  • Monthly preventive maintenance
  • Non-consumable spare parts
  • Escalation of serious machine problems
  • Software updates
  • Reduced labor rates

Service Program Coverage

Standard WarrantyIncluded with equipment purchase. Coverage 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Response within 24 hours 100% of the time.
Standard ResponseOptional coverage offered. Up to 24 hours per day, and up to 7 days per week. Response within 24 hours 100% of the time.
Premium ResponseOptional coverage offered. Up to 24 hours per day, and up to 7 days per week. Response within 4 hours 90% of the time, and within 24 hours 100% of the time.
