Yoshiyuki Takabatake | Chief Executive Officer and President of Nikon Precision Inc.
Mr. Takabatake has over 30 years of international business experience in a number of senior management roles and disciplines. Most recently, Mr. Takabatake was in charge of Manufacturing and Procurement for the Nikon Lithography Business. During his career at Nikon, he has also held positions in Sales, Finance, Service Management, and IT. Mr. Takabatake’s extensive experience working with major photolithography customers, as well as his background with key management positions at Nikon and overseas subsidiaries, including four years in the U.S., uniquely qualify him for the President and CEO position at Nikon Precision. Mr. Takabatake earned a Business degree from Seikei University in Tokyo, Japan.

Hamid Zarringhalam | Executive Vice President
Hamid Zarringhalam is Corporate Vice President of Nikon Corporation. In this capacity, he is simultaneously Chief Executive Officer of Nikon Ventures Corporation, Co-General Manager of the Digital Solutions Business Unit in Nikon Corporation and Executive Vice President of Nikon Precision Inc. Nikon Ventures Corporation is responsible for the external investments, strategic alliances and private equity strategy of Nikon Corporation. The Digital Solutions Business Unit is responsible for leveraging Nikon core competencies to enable and scale growth in new markets. As EVP of Nikon Precision, he is responsible for Nikon strategic partnership activities in semiconductor lithography in the United States. Mr. Zarringhalam joined Nikon in 1987, and in his tenure has served in various senior management capacities in technology, operations, business development, and other corporate groups, including serving as President of Nikon Precision Europe. He currently serves on the Board of Velodyne LiDAR, a publicly-traded provider of LiDAR solutions; Morf3D, an aerospace additive manufacturing company; and wrnch, a Canadian Computer Vision technology company. Mr. Zarringhalam holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of San Francisco.
Ikuo Ogawa | Senior Vice President of Engineering Services and Customer Support
Mr. Ogawa has enjoyed a long work history spanning over 32 years at the Nikon Group. During that time, he has engaged in duties such as conducting production engineering for developed semiconductor equipment, as well as carrying out system development and advancing the shift to mass production. During his Nikon career, he has served in numerous roles including Manager of the Semiconductor Equipment Division within the Engineering Department. In April 2013, he was appointed as the Vice President of Engineering Support at Nikon Precision Europe GmbH, and most recently he has joined Nikon Precision as Senior Vice President of Engineering Services and Customer Support.
Mohamad Zarringhalam | Senior Vice President, Engineering Services and Customer Support
Mohamad Zarringhalam is the head of Field Technical Services, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and other product support operations. He received a BS degree from Purdue University and an MS degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He joined Nikon Precision in 1984 as an Applications Engineer and since then has been holding positions of increasing responsibilities.
Megan Lambdin | Vice President of Finance
Megan Lambdin is Vice President of Finance at Nikon Precision. In this role, she leads Finance & Accounting and oversees Corporate Social Responsibility and other corporate functions. She is also CFO of Nikon Ventures Corporation, the venture capital arm of Nikon Corporation responsible for investments in Private Equity partnerships, startup ventures and management of external collaborations. In addition, she is on the leadership team of global Nikon initiatives. Prior to joining Nikon, Ms. Lambdin worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers. She holds a Bachelors in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and is a California licensed CPA.
Erin Williams | Vice President, General Counsel
Erin Williams is Vice President and General Counsel of Nikon Precision. In this role, she leads the company’s Human Resources and Legal teams. Ms. Williams joined Nikon in 2019 and prior to that was Assistant General Counsel at Marvell Semiconductor. She has nearly 20 years of legal experience in Silicon Valley and earned an LL.M. from the University of Washington, a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Harumi Sawada | President of Nikon Precision Europe
Harumi Sawada joined Nikon Corporation in 1991 and has been a part of the Precision (Seiki) Company for more than 28 years. He has held several roles in Sales and Marketing, across the Precision Business Unit including time as the Sales Manager for Korea. Mr. Sawada held the position of President for Nikon Precision China (NPC), before assuming that role in Nikon Precision Europe GmbH in 2019.
Stuart Pinkney | Vice President, Sales EU & US
A professional in the electronics & semiconductor industries for more than 35 years, Stuart started his career at Nikon Precision Europe in 1991, initially in the Service department, before joining the UK Sales team a few years later. Stuart held several management positions across Nikon Precision Europe, including Technology and Marketing, before adding the US Sales role to his area of responsibility in 2010. Since 2012 Stuart has been the Vice President of Sales for Nikon Precision covering the EU and US markets.
Derek Adams | Vice President, Customer Support Operations
Derek has over 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and joined Nikon Precision Europe in 1990. His career prior to joining Nikon was in the test of radar systems. He entered Nikon as a field service engineer and also held roles as installation manager and key account manager before being responsible for all immersion customers within Europe. He now heads the customer support operations for Europe, encompassing service, applications, technical support, and materials.
Barry Vaux | Senior Vice President, European Administration and Managing Director
Barry joined NPE in 1989 as a Sales Engineer for the UK and Ireland. During his time with NPE Barry has held several roles in Sales and Marketing, including time as Branch General Manager for the UK. He now oversees the administration, accounting, legal and IT functions within the organization covering the offices in Ireland, Scotland, France, Germany, and Israel.
