Toyohiro Takamine | Chief Executive Officer and President of Nikon Precision Inc.
Mr. Takamine has over 30 years of international business experience in a number of senior management roles and disciplines. Most recently, Mr. Takamine was President of Nikon Precision Korea from 2008. Mr. Takamine’s extensive experience working with major photolithography customers, as well as his background with key management positions at Nikon and overseas subsidiaries uniquely qualify him for the President and CEO position at Nikon Precision. Mr. Takamine earned an Economics degree from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
Hamid Zarringhalam | Executive Vice President
Hamid Zarringhalam is Executive Vice President of Nikon Precision, and Co-General Manager of the Precision Components and Modules Business Unit in Nikon Corporation in Japan. As Co-GM of Nikon’s newly established Precision Components Business Unit, Mr. Zarringhalam is responsible for leading creation and execution of strategies aimed at leveraging Nikon’s core competencies to enable new partnerships that drive growth. In parallel, as EVP of Nikon Precision, he is responsible for Nikon’s strategic partnership activities in Semiconductor Lithography in the United States. Mr. Zarringhalam joined Nikon in 1987 after receiving his MBA from the University of San Francisco. In his many years with Nikon, he has served in various senior management capacities in technology, operations, business development, and other corporate groups.
Ikuo Ogawa | Senior Vice President of Engineering Services and Customer Support
Mr. Ogawa has enjoyed a long work history spanning over 32 years at the Nikon Group. During that time, he has engaged in duties such as conducting production engineering for developed semiconductor equipment, as well as carrying out system development, and advancing the shift to mass production. During his Nikon career, he has served in numerous roles including Manager of the Semiconductor Equipment Division within the Engineering Department. In April 2013, he was appointed as the Vice President of Engineering Support at Nikon Precision Europe GMBH, and most recently he has joined Nikon Precision as Senior Vice President of Engineering Services and Customer Support.
Mohamad Zarringhalam | Senior Vice President, Engineering Services and Customer Support
Mohamad Zarringhalam is the head of Field technical services, Applications engineering, Supply chain, QA and other product support operations. He received a BS degree from Purdue University and a MS degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a MBA from the University of San Francisco. He joined Nikon Precision in 1984 as an Applications engineer and since then has been holding positions of increasing responsibilities.
Gregory Sasaki | Vice President of Finance & Corporate Services
Mr. Sasaki manages Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology at Nikon Precision, and works on global Nikon initiatives in these areas. Prior to joining Nikon, Mr. Sasaki was with Apple Computer and Deloitte & Touche. He earned an MBA degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and is a California licensed CPA.
Keita Shogase | President of Nikon Precision Europe
Keita Shogase joined Nikon Corporation in 1980 and has been a part of the Seiki Company for more than 25 years. He has served as the head of international sales for Nikon Precision Inc. and served on the Nikon Tec board in charge of corporate planning. He also held the position of President for Nikon Precision Singapore, before assuming that role in Nikon Precision Europe GmbH in 2009.
Stuart Pinkney | Vice President, Sales & Marketing
A professional in the electronics industry for many years, Stuart has been with Nikon Precision for over 20 years and is the Vice President for Sales and Marketing.
Derek Adams | Vice President, Customer Support Operations
Derek has over 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and joined Nikon Precision Europe in 1990. His career prior to joining Nikon was in the test of radar systems. He entered Nikon as a field service engineer and also held roles as installation manager and key account manager before being responsible for all immersion customers within Europe. He now heads the customer support operations for Europe, encompassing service, applications, technical support, and materials.
Barry Vaux | Senior Vice President, European Administration and Managing Director
Barry joined NPE in 1989 as a Sales Engineer for the UK and Ireland. During his time with NPE Barry has held several roles in Sales and Marketing, including time as Branch General Manager for the UK. He now oversees the administration, accounting, legal and IT functions within the organization covering the offices in Ireland, Scotland, France, Germany, and Israel.
