Service Program Coverage

The sales contract for a Nikon NSR is only an initial milestone on the way to a sustainable, satisfied customer. After the installation, there are numerous Service options which Nikon will customize to best fit your facility’s needs. Premium Response
This contract provides enhanced response time by our Service team.

Extended Warranty
A cost-effective method to guarantee optimum machine performance, including parts & labor.

Guaranteed Uptime
This program provides the customer with an aggressive support package, including parts, labor and logistics to ensure the competitive uptime and production requirements are maintained.

Person On-site
This is a labor only contract, but ensures a Nikon expert is on-site at the customer location during covered periods.

Local Consignment Stock
An effective means of logistics management which helps to minimize system recovery time by having frequently used parts readily available on-site.

Continuous Improvement Package
This concept brings together cross-functional teams to achieve specific customer goals in areas such as productivity, overlay, imaging, etc.

Relocation
In the case of re-sale equipment, we can customize the steppers to satisfy your specific requirements such as wafer size, reticle size and machine environment (with respect to cleanroom temperature and altitude). We can also perform simulations in advance to be certain the machines will meet your needs.
