Standard Services

24x7 Customer SupportFor active customers, our Service Representatives are available around the clock to assist you with all of your parts inquiries (1-866-258-6042). Parts availability normally exceeds 98% to ensure that you receive the parts you need when you need them.
Repair/Exchange ProgramAs a cost reduction opportunity, we also offer a repair/exchange program on a significant subset of spare parts. You may purchase a repairable part and receive a credit for the core value if you return the part for repair within 90 days of purchase.
Warranty & Return PolicyParts are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. We will replace failed parts within this period free of charge. You may also return unused standard parts to us up to 45 days after the date of shipment without incurring a restocking fee. (This does not apply to custom or special order non-standard spare parts).

Enhanced Services

Spare Parts Consignment ProgramsBased on the size and mix of your installed base, we can develop a recommended stocking level for frequently used spare parts which we can hold in consignment for you at an additional cost. We store these consigned parts at a warehouse near you and guarantee delivery within 2 hours of request. This minimizes your parts wait time so your machines are up and operational faster. Plus, we provide a variety of parts management services with this program including planning, storage and parts usage analysis.
